I was offered this for $1200 the Two Coolsculpting Applicator Treatments, Each with Three Skin-Tightening Treatments because I had seen the post from Groupon. I did it! It was great, beautiful location, and clean. What I did not like was that when I had my monthly check up for the skin-tightening treatment, one of the workers send me a text at 5 am; it seems like it was a drunk text saying she had to cancel my appointment because she was not there. My appointment was at 10 am like who does that? To me that so unprofessional to send a text 5 hours before my appointment . She could of cancel me on Friday and reschedule me. I had to cancel a trip to Rocky Point with my friends because it was a for the 4th of July weekend. I had decided to sacrifice my trip for my investment to be worth it. So I waited, and I waited, but I never heard back from them. No apologies or a call to reschedule. Why do they offer something and then they cancel like nothing? I was agitated because I had the intention of booking another treatment for $1200. I am currently looking for a new spa to take my money somewhere else. Any recommendations? I do not need to bother will this place again! Poor customer services because it felt like my money or my feelings were not taken into consideration. I had worked so hard that month to see the results and compare the pictures, but that did not happen; as they had promised me. I would not recommend this place! Sincerely Anahi

I couldn't tell you what their services were like because I never had an opportunity to try them! After purchasing 3 groupons through them, I called 5 times to schedule an appointment. On the 5th attempt, a man answered my call from Texas saying he was one of the owners, so I expressed to him that I never received a call back or response. He let me know he would get to the bottom of it immediately. Still never got a call back. Worst business ever.

Don't Do It .... It has been a full 6 months since I had a series of 16 applications of Coolsculpting to different areas of my body. (2 on Abs, 4 on each sides/love handle area, 4 inner legs, 2 outer thighs) ........ I expected to see at the very least 50% reduction of the excessive fat (but, I have NOT seen or realized these results) .... I am Not overweight ... I just have problem areas and wanted non invasive reduction to specific areas. Which is what this procedure promises. (in fact, they advertised a 100% money back guarantee on TV - which I recorded) ...... I have followed all advised follow up ... I have my before pictures (which were taken 'after' the first application and swelling was present) ... and ... I have my after pictures (which prove no results) .... I met with the 'Owner' (as listed with the State of AZ as the controlling party of the LLC) .... and he has refused to uphold his advertising .... Which all I asked for was to reapply 4 applicators to my most concerning areas (Abs & Waist) ..... and, although his machine failed twice during the first set of applications .... He refused to stand behind his business promises. Please .... if anyone is considering this procedure .... Really really really think this through ........ You would probably be better off spending your money on Liposuction .... (which I wish I had) ......... I may be seeking Legal Advise at this point ........

They were quick to collect my $2400 but when I got no results, they were very slow in responding to my emails requesting a discussion on how to remedy the situation. Still waiting for a return call or email. Lesson learned. There are no short cuts.
