As usual, for my appointment today I was checked in promptly and courteously followed by a reasonable wait before being seen by a PA. Both NA and PA were excellent, conducting my yearly skin cancer screening thoroughly and very gently taking a tissue sample from a suspicious spot. I don’t like that procedure based on a traumatic episode with a very unkind doctor many years ago, but these ladies made it completely stress free and as close to painless as possible. No wonder I return whenever I need their services.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They listed to me and didn't make me feel like I was just being rushed through. The procedure that I had wasn't fun but they made sure that I was as comfortable as possible. Before leaving they sat down and explained the aftercare thoroughly and gave me written instructions.

The offices were tidy, but the chairs were uncomfortable and too low, hard to get out of. I felt deferred out of there too fast at the option of getting another appointment as consolation! Actually, I felt I had no option than to schedule another appointment in the near future. I would have appreciated a more thorough examination at this time, but the essential were covered.

So impressed with your office. I got an appointment within a day and when I got there I felt welcome. Excellent and most efficient receptionist. Once inside, I was truly impressed by Maia (spelling?) and Juliette. Three painless biopsies later left the office very satisfied with your professional attitude and warm interactions.

I have been with Arizona Dermatology Group for 15 years. The staff is always friendly, but for the last few years they seem too busy and in a hurry during appointments. I would like to have them take those few moments I get in an appointment to thoroughly answer questions and do a little educating. This would improve the doctor-patient rapport.
