I absolutely love my eyebrows, lip line/fill, and eyeliner! I had them done almost 10 years ago by Kelly. I finally made it back to do it all again. Because of aging I wasn't as pleased with my thinning brows and lips. Kelly showed me some options. We made a couple changes and I'm so happy!! Like WOW! Hubby also loves what was done. I've received sooooo many compliments. Thank you Kelly!!

Kelly is THE best! My new brows are REALLY nice! Previous brows were done well (in another state) but had started to fade. I did the suggested laser removal and Kelly did the rest. She is highly professional, extremely knowledgeable. She explains everything in layman's terms, makes sure the customer understands what she is going to do, what the customer has to do following the procedure. And, most importantly for many of us, she is a really good person. I didn't expect to enjoy my appointment so much. I recommend Kelly very highly.

Nicole applied my lash extensions 2 weeks ago…I love them and so does my husband! She listened and applied exactly the style of lashes I wanted and did a fabulous job. I will continue to work with Nicole as I found her to be most caring and attentive. Lash extensions are new for me and Nicole was very informative…she really is a lash Artist.

Kelly is rude, arrogant and very unhelpful. I had a mouthful of canker sores (which she won't work on lips because of). It was the week-end but I did everything I could think of the contact her to no avail. I called early Monday morning about my appointment to talk to her and no answer. Then she had her "voice-mail" lady cancel me -as a patient, permanently. Never ONE call back, email, or text to check on me and decide what to do. She should've called to re-schedule after my mouth healed. But she has a 2 appointment cancellation no matter what.(The first time I was deathly ill.) But we just -reschuled. No working you at all. NEVER would recommend. I had to pay for someone else to finish them. You want to be in good, friendly hands go with Jennifer Burns at NaturaBella. UPDATE - I never saw you Kelly,more than 2 or 3 times and certianly did not cancel 10 times. (As you say, you have a 2 times cancellation policy) Now youi've added liar to your resume. I cancelled ONCE and tried to get you to call me when the canker sores showed up but NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE from you. NOT ONE!

My eyebrows are finally amazing!! I have had my eyebrows tattooed several times, and I was never really happy with them. I was advised by Kelly to have them lasered off so we could start fresh. I took her advice, and it was worth the wait! Kelly did my eyeliner and eyebrows, and I am so happy with them! I finally feel like I can put down the pencil! She listened to me, and gave me her professional opinion, and the end result are amazing eyebrows that I am so happy with! I highly recommend her! If you are thinking about permanent makeup, I would definitely come here! Silly photo, but you can see how great they look, and that’s after just 5 days of healing!
