Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery - Scottsdale - 8817 E Bell Rd

Today was my first appointment with Advanced Dermatology and I could not be happier about how it went. Every one of the staff is SO kind and truly makes you feel comfortable and made it the most positive experience where they make you feel like a priority and take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly communicate a course of action. I was cared for by PA Brittany Silverman today and I’m so happy to have found such a knowledgeable, kind and detail oriented dermatologist. If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would!

The most caring team in the dermatology world here in Scottsdale. I cannot rate them high enough. Dr. Matthew Laffer has the most caring and bedside manner than any I've met. And his assistant, Natalie, is top notch. Both explains all details with care. I'd rate Dr. Laffer a 15 out of 1-10 if I could. They have 2 offices, one in N. Scottdale (Bell and 101) and one on Miller Rd in old town Scottsdale. Highly, highly recommend him.

I've been seeing Andrew Hicks for 9 months now to manage my alopecia as a referral from my naturopath. Every time I go, my experience is top notch. From the first time I entered the doors in tears, I've been graced with the most compassionate care I could have dreamed of. The facility is clean, efficient, and everyone is kind...yep even the ladies working there are loving and sweet. Andrew is always thorough and presents me my options time and time again, while always respecting and supporting my choices in how we move forward. I never feel rushed and my questions never feel stupid. Unfortunately I know a few other ppl navigating alopecia to different degrees being treated elsewhere...but fortunately my experience has not been like theirs. I tell every single one to come to Scottsdale and see him instead! I 100/10 recommend Andrew and am so grateful for how he's approached my case with complete genuine care.
