Dr Heringer is great but be warned scheduling is a major problem. After insurance authorization received over 6 weeks it took repeated calls AND the referring ophthalmologist to escalate with office manager to get a call back. Finally jammed surgery in before authorization elapsed allowing only 10 day notice to get medical clearances. The 2 week followup conflicted with previously scheduled cancer treatments. Rescheduling followup was another battle. Entirely avoidable if scheduling done on a timely basis.

Dr Heringer performed a lower eyelid reconstruction surgery after Mohs surgery. He did an excellent job! He is a highly skilled surgeon. I would recommend him to anyone needing ocular plastic surgery.
