Beverlys Med Spa

Had an issue with service that I haven’t had at any other places and tried to call and resolve it with the manager. Called three times. They keep saying she will call but she never does. 2 emails. Going to just write reviews everywhere and file a dispute since the service did not work and I’ve been trying to resolve. Based on the service this is a doc in the box and don’t speak to you if you have even a little issue!! Which is concerning in the medical industry! Stay away! 50 units of Botox and half my head still has wrinkles! Crazy.

Just finished my first treatment at Beverlys Scottsdale location, and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! They’re located in some gorgeous salon suites at “The Dale”, and the environment is great. Macie and her assistant Paulette were so kind, professional and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and I felt extremely taken care of. Can’t wait to see my results! Thank you ladies :)

I went to the Scottsdale location yesterday. The injector wasn’t the owner. I asked her about 3 times if she was a nurse and a certified Botox/ filler injector. She told me she was . During the procedure I didn’t feel much pain . I got home and went on with my day. About 3 hours later right before me and my boyfriend were supposed to go out I looked in the mirror and my face was more swollen than I’ve ever experienced in my life . Under my right eye I had a bag filled of fluid . I started to panic and reached out . It was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone . I received zero help or empathy towards what I was experiencing. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED this way by any professional nurse injector and had any of these horrible side affects. My boyfriend called from his phone and finally got someone on the phone . They wouldn’t provide any names . I’m trying to get to the bottom of it because it is illegal to run a business like this especially dealing with medical supplies and causing these issues to people . The FDA will be looking into it and potentially law enforcement to debunk this shady business . The injectors name was Breiddy Guerrero and I believe the owner may be Mara Carson . I have been coming to Beverly‘s for a few years, I love the girls here. Everybody is so nice and I’m always warmly welcomed when I walk in. I recently had my lip filler done with Rory, and I cannot praise her enough! She’s so personable, listened to my requests, and my concerns about my insecurities, and I asked what SHE suggested. All the information she shared with me was so helpful, and she didn’t overly treat, instead she gave me options, I chose the best option for me. Rory also took her TIME doing my lip injections which I absolutely appreciated! The attention to detail was everything! I loved her so much that I had her do a little bit of Botox last minute. I felt like I was hanging out with my bestie, and when it was done, I was so happy with my results!

I had a wonderful experience! Both Paulette, Dalia were spectacular, knowledgable, friendly and did a wonderful job! I will definitely be back!
