If I could give 10 stars, I would! I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this incredible med spa while I was in the area! I had been considering some treatments for a while, so I decided to stop in just to check things out—and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by one of the owners, who took the time to explain the services I was interested in. She was so kind and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable right away. The spa itself is spotless, well-organized, and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. It didn’t take long for me to decide I wanted to book a HydraFacial. She also explained their membership program, and I knew that if I loved my first treatment, I’d sign up as it is very beneficial. Luckily, I was able to schedule right away. On the day of my appointment, I was beyond excited, and after my facial, I was absolutely glowing! The esthetician did a fantastic job, walking me through the entire process and answering all my questions. During my visits, I met more of the wonderful team, and I just love the positive energy this place has! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in their clients’ skincare. After such an amazing experience, I didn’t hesitate to sign up for their membership and have already returned for more treatments! As mentioned, I’ve been to a few other med spas in Phoenix and Scottsdale, but without a doubt, this is the absolute best because the treatments I’ve received have been so much more enjoyable than the same treatments I’ve received at other spas in town. I’m officially a loyal client and can’t wait for my next visit! Highly recommend!

I love Collab Medspa! Their Shea location is easy in and out, they have a very comprehensive list of services and treatments (products too!), their owners are super nice and the staff is very helpful in explaining and recommending services and scheduling treatments. The products are high-quality and all their technicians are great - Alexis is the absolute best! She’s highly knowledgeable and friendly and she’s always smiling. :) I LOVE their hydrafacials and they have amazing monthly specials which have allowed me to try out other fun, “seasonal” treatments and facials at a great price. They do it all and they do it well in a clean, friendly environment. I highly recommend them!

Over the past few years I have found that taking time for a bit of pampering for myself helps me clear my mind to be a better person for my clients and more relaxed and positive in general. Collab MedSpa has become my go to place for a facial in their relaxing “egg”/ cocoon. Donald is a true professional and gave the best massage I’ve had in years. One of the best parts is seeing Shani at the front desk. She is part owner of this wonderful establishment and treats every client like a friend! Give Collab Medspa a try you’ll be glad you’re did!

This place is a gem. I am new in town and was referred to Collab by a friend. Had an amazing facial yesterday with Caroline. My skin is absolutely glowing now. Such a gentle, relaxing experience. Loved how clean and comfortable the space was. The prices are below what I’m used to paying. - Already planning to return next month!

Colab Medspa in Scottsdale is great! It a perfect way to treat yourself or someone else to a self-care facial. I personally am on the monthly membership with a facial every month. They have a unique facial every month; pineapple, margarita, pumpkin, spicy cherry, to name a few. It’s relaxing and an aroma escape! Alexis is an absolute professional with her touch on the face. She’s great a massaging your face and catering to your skin’s need. Be sure to request her!
