Desert Valley Cosmetic & Medical Tattoo

I am offended after reading the response to my review and seeing the healing process 2 months later I return with an update. I honestly deserve a refund for the service rendered. I literally sat in this establishment with a scheduled appointment with Celli on Aug 26 2024 at 11AM, who clearly did not know what she was doing. I was told that I was getting a discount because she would be shadowed. On the contrary, it was only me and her in the room. I was understanding until I processed once again how my situation was belittled. I didn’t tattoo myself in the area she worked on which created a larger scar. To justify her mistake she claims the ink spread. However, I do not believe this claim. The ink was centralized in one spot and the scar I have now still shows where the tattoo was (which is not my concern). My concern is that the scar is noticeably larger. She made a round spot on my face when I said I wanted the scar to look like an heart initially. If this could not be done she should have explained this but instead she compared it to ringworm when we were finished. Celli emailed me and tried to justify the service when I have photos and email communications between us that contradicts the entire engagement. If I trusted anyone at this location to fix the scar I would return but she has made it worse and my confidence is at its lowest. I know I’m still beautiful but through my eyes, only with makeup which is not how my life has always been. Thank you for making me an example. To the owner I apologize that you are caught in the crossfire but I did indeed sit in your place of business and get my face scarred, possibly for life.

I recently had my eyebrows done with Henna by the business owner Heather Moore. I wanted to make my eyebrows have a better shape & color. My consultation included explaining all that needed to be done along with after care. Heather is very professional and listened to my ideas. This was my first experience having a brow service done and extremely happy with the results. I absolutely enjoyed the process from start to finish. The beauty bar is extremely clean which is important to me. The next day, I received so many compliments on how natural my brows look and asked what I had done. Update review-June 13, 2024 I loved my henna tattoo to my brows so much from April, that I decided to go permanent!! Again, by Alex, and she did an amazing job! I cannot even begin to thank her enough for her expertise work. I am truly very happy and excited to show them off! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I recently got a henna tattoo done of my eyebrows by Alex. I have not had eyebrows in over 20 years due to a genetic condition, and I was amazed by the work she did! She was helpful, communicative, and did a wonderful job. I cannot wait to come back and get the eyebrows tattooed permanently. You did amazing work! Thank you so much.

I recently had my eyebrows tattooed by Deana, and here's my review: Deana is so professional and still, compassionate and bending over backwards to make sure that I approved of what she was doing. My opinion mattered! When I went to a different girl long ago, she "informed" me of what would look good on me. Didn't go well In contrast, Deana treated me like a dear friend, handing me the mirror many times so I could see. Her workmanship is pure artistry. I not only love my new brows, but I've noticed they make my eyelashes stand out more! Double BONUS! Thank you, Deana; You made me feel pretty.
