Debbie Schechner is more than a Certified Laser Technician, she takes the time to examine, educate and explain every step of the process. With nearly 2 decades of laser knowledge, she provides you with an extraordinary experience that includes product expertise and follow-up care. And, if you’re looking for someone with a great personality, you’ll get that as well. I’m so fortunate that I did my homework and discovered the HALO Queen. NOTE: I have been researching for years trying to find the right provider and establishment. Emily has put together an incredible team and first-class experience. The best part though is their professional staff who provides the highest level of customer service! Torey is an amazing nurse injector who immediately inspires confidence. Esthetic Solutions is hands down the best place for skincare in AZ. Emily has a calming presence and immaculate bedside manner. She really takes the time to explain every procedure and make your visit comfortable. There is never any sense of “selling” a service. She is modest and lets you take the lead, while recommending subtle but game changing alterations. She is highly skilled at her craft and her techniques are unmatched. Mary is energetic and kind. Her laser treatments are amazing you are in and out pain free and quickly. Truly two of the nicest women in the industry. From the ladies at the front desk to the incredible duo in the back you are sure to leave feeling happy, educated comfortable and welcome. Often times at establishments like this you feel pressured to buy product or do more than you intended but I’ve never once felt like they are trying to persuade me if anything they have made me feel like I need less done which is the best feeling in that setting. While the office presentation is sophisticated, welcoming and beautiful, it pales in comparison to the personal experience you receive working with Emily and her staff.
