I went in for a hydrafacial a couple of weeks ago, and the experience was great. Highly knowledgeable staff, prompt and courteous, and because it was my first such treatment, they made sure to address all my questions and concerns. Great management, great crew. Highly recommend.

From my first initial with Jodi you immediately feel welcomed she is so amazingly helpful and informative that you feel like you are talking to a friend! Everything is completely explained, Jodi also made sure I was getting the best deal by going over any specials they are having to make sure I am getting the most for my money. The excitement they have for your procedures is so awesome I just feel like I walk out of there a queen! Sarah was my injector and I will not go any where else! She listened to me in the look I was wanting and completely made me look absolutely stunning! I am so in love with how my lips look and could not be happier! These queens will help you achieve the look you are looking wanting!

BEWARE they offer zero refunds even if you haven’t started your sessions!!!! Also they told me months ago that the north Scottsdale location was closing down and I had to transfer to the Paradise Valley one that was way out of my way. So I’ve been going to the paradise Valley location for months just for my neighbor to tell me that the north Scottsdale location has been open… What’s going on over there? I’m gonna book my sessions and look for a different place!

Going to Hollywood Medspa has changed my.life thanks to Alexis NP and Dr. Abhi for doing .Botox injections for back pain and neck pain and I'm pain-free for the first time in years . This office is beautiful everyone is so nice and their customer service is second to none ..thankyou sincerely

Hollywood med spa is one of the best med spas in Scottsdale that I have been too! I came here for laser hair removal as well as a hydra facial and had an amazing experience. Upon entry I was greeted by two friendly faces, Jasmine and Nate. They made my experience comforting and walked me through all the steps. Overall I recommend this place for any med spa services you are looking for it’s a 10/10 for me!
