Eva is wonderful!! You can feel confident knowing that you will be taken care of if something goes wrong. (It was a rare fluke, but the device I purchased was defective.) Eva assured me that is would be taken care of, and it was. The device was replaced immediately and Eva even communicated with me on her day off. I am very happy with the customer service and would recommend La Vez Spa in Scottsdale Arizona for exemplary care and professionalism with a friendly vibe. Thank you.

I purchased a wrinkle treatment cream and the dispenser stopped working shortly after I began to use it. Elan was wonderful via phone and email and quickly mailed me s new bottle of the product to my home with tracking included. Looking forward to using the product.

While visiting a shopping area in Scottsdale, I was warmly welcomed into La Vez spa. I asked about a few things that caught my eye. Michelle was so nice and genuine. She took time to answer all of my questions and let me sample some fine lines/wrinkle treatment on my face, and both my daughter and I could tell an immediate difference! Took away the under eye puffiness and softened the frown line. I bought it - so glad I did because it’s amazing! I also saw that this spa offers red light therapy, which is something I’ve been interested in and have read about for a long time. As a nurse working in the functional/integrative world I am always looking for products and treatments that are more natural, non-chemical and effective. Paul talked with me about this therapy and actually did a mini treatment on my face to show me how it works. He was amazing and took time to explain all about it. I understand it takes time to rebuild and repair, but I could again tell a difference just from that one treatment! And so could my daughter. My face and neck looked more smooth and my laughing line on the side that was first treated was for sure lessened. It’s an investment, but I believe in quality and I trusted the amazing staff at La Vez. And red light helps cosmetically, but it’s also known to help with so many other things including pain and muscle soreness. So I purchased a Red light as well - for myself and my family :) Great experience at this spa - glad I found it! Amy

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at this Beautiful spa in downtown old Scottsdale. My husband and I Just bought a house in Arizona and were venturing out in the area and came across La Ve Spa . We bought some amazing products. My husband has a problem with under his eyes and found this firming treatment. It Automatically takes away the bags from underneath your eyes within seconds, he loves it. The staff were amazing and the ownerOMG I can't say enough of how helpful and how kind he was ☺️. I purchased the red light device and many other products to go with it. I've been using it every other day and it is showing beautiful results. I can't wait to go back to do other treatments there. Ladies, this place is not just another Spa. It's the customer service and the staff and the owner that makes a great place to want to come back 💖 So please check it out for yourself. You won't regret it 🥰
