Love this medspa! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I can’t say enough positive things about it. Christy and her mom, Ellen, are just lovely and set the tone for the incredible customer service and relaxing atmosphere I feel the services are a great value and they offer wonderful medical grade products, along with the latest technology and treatments! I recently have had Alison as my massage therapist and I can’t recommend her more highly! She just gets it!! The spa is also beautiful, aesthetically. If you go, you won’t be disappointed!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience at MedSpa! From the moment I walk in, Ellen, the office manager, always greets me with a warm smile and calls me by name, which makes me feel truly welcomed. She's incredibly accommodating with scheduling, always going above and beyond to make the booking process easy and convenient. My esthetician, Veronica, is simply amazing. She pays close attention to every detail when it comes to my skincare, and her expertise shines through in each session. My skin has never looked or felt better, and I know it’s all thanks to her care and professionalism. I look forward to every visit and leave feeling rejuvenated and well taken care of. Highly recommend this team for anyone seeking a truly personal and professional skincare experience!

Veronica is the best! Her professionalism is astounding during sensitive laser treatments. She makes it such a pleasure and never an awkward encounter. Her facials are to die for! You never want it to end or get off the table. She Tailors them specially for my sensitive skin needs. I can’t recommend her enough. Deff get on her books!

I don't know how they got 5.0 review. I just had the worst facial in my life yesterday. The whole process including the add-on dermaplaning was very painful. The gal didn't know how to squeeze pimples. I have very dry skin so I don't have any acne problem. I only have a couple tiny ones. She spent so much time squeezing and left me with two bloody wounds on my face and the pimples are still there. She didn't do my eyebrows and didn't massage my head/neck/shoulder/hands/feet like most spas would do. Most of the time she kept patting my cheeks. My cheekbones ached this morning from her "over-massaging." I came in with an almost chapped upper lip. She didn't touch my lips at all. In the end, she put a tiny drop of lip balm on the lower lip but not the upper one, and then she told me the session was over. She almost escaped the room. My face and upper lip were still very dry. I don't recall if she ever put cream or moisturizer on my face. Usually they put a lot of moisturizer on and asked you not wash face for one day. My face definitely was not glowing when I walked out the door. The gal at front desk pushed me for tips several times. I obliged. It cost more than other places.

I had such an incredible experience with Mario at Medspa810. His professionalism and knowledge put me at ease- my facial was heavenly and tailored to fit my specific needs. I left feeling rejuvenated and my skin was glowing! I recommend every one of the amazing Estheticians here, and Massage Therapists as well!!
