I love how Lana goes above and beyond from the minute you walk in. I've had serious acne for years and 1-2 trips to Lana cleared my face. She knows what she's doing and she's very good at it. Each step of the process is explained thoroughly and all my questions get the attention they need which leaves me excited about returning back each time.
