I’ve always considered Erin to be one of the most dedicated and talented injectors in Arizona, which is why I booked a full face filler treatment with her ~4 months prior to my wedding last year. It was a great experience, and I was initially really happy with my results. About three weeks after my treatment, I developed an itchy psoriasis-like rash on the back of my neck. I reached out to Erin, wondering if it could be related to the filler (nothing else about my lifestyle had changed), and she assured me that there was no way it could be connected. The rash continued to get worse and reached the point of being unbearable, so I contacted the office again via text, asking if I could book and pay for an appointment to have my filler dissolved. I never accused Erin of anything nor did my message come across as angry or rude. I just wanted to be safe and cover all my bases, and this seemed like a reasonable place to start. I never received a reply. This is not a baseless claim — I have the receipts to back it up. Thankfully, I was able to see another injector who inferred (based on ultrasound imaging and visible swelling) that the filler placed on my jawline may have migrated up and blocked my lymphatics, contributing to the rash. She dissolved some of the filler, but I’m still struggling with my skin more than a year later. I don’t blame Erin — these things happen — but be wary of booking here. Not because they aren’t good, but because you can’t trust that you’ll be taken care of if you have concerns or complications. Maybe it was an oversight, but I was shocked by the lack of care and communication after spending so much money.

Erin is the most knowledgeable aesthetic injector I know and I feel so lucky to train and treat with her! She is so precise with her injections and every result looks natural + picture perfect! To date we have injected Sculptra all over, Lips, and Chin and I really could not be happier with results, not to mention I barely felt a needle poke! The cherry on top is her amazing support staff! They are friendly, professional, and make your whole experience comfortable and fun!

Erin is so sweet and amazing at what she does. My results have always been flawless she knows exactly what to do to make you look great without ever having to worry about being “over done”. She and her staff always make me feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. They are extremely accommodating. Don’t forget you get what you pay for. She may be a little more expensive than other places but trust me when I say it is 100% worth it to be confident every time in your results.

The team at Revive is the absolute best! You immediately feel welcome when you walk in, and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable during the entire appointment. I see Erin and can honestly say that no one else is allowed to touch my face anymore! She is such a professional and really takes her time explaining all of the procedures. I appreciate her approach, as we sit and talk about what outcome I would like to see in advance. I never question her recommendations and trust her judgement.
