If I could give 100 stars for the vividly products I would. I have melanated skin and my skin is prettyp sensitive to most products. I kept to a very simple routine but the owner swore by the product and I gave it a shot and I am soooo happy that I did. I have the Custom Y product with retinol in it, the Smoothè, facial smoothing fluid, and brighten up exfoliating pads. I have the least amount of breakouts I’ve ever had may get a pimple 1x every 6 months. My skin is so much brighter and because of it I don’t really wear foundation. I’m getting compliments on my skin and when I get any scaring the products lighten it up so quickly! I love these products they’re really worth it and most importantly actually work!!!

I’ve been seeing Cindy for my skin care for over 20 years. She was originally referred to me by my dermatologist who was also a client of hers. She’s knowledgeable and will tell you if she doesn’t think a service or product will be helpful to you. There is no up selling or high pressure sales pitch. She does her research and always has the most advanced products available.

I have been going to Cindy for the last five years and I have always found her to be professional, highly knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. I have had laser treatments on both skin blemishes, and nails that were affected by fungus. The equipment that she uses is up to date and suited to the types of treatment that she offers. I have no hesitation to recommend Cindy and her institute for all types of skin treatments.
