Post menopausal and greatly appreciate Janine! She’s kind, on-time and efficient. Runs your lab work (on-site) and tweaks your prescriptions to perfection. I feel great, thanks to her experience & knowledge.
So many things go right here. Never have had to wait past my scheduled appt time. MA staff is phenomenal and love a place where the Dr. gets a feeling for you personally and treats accordingly. Perfect balance of feeling well taken care of and not wasting time!
This place is absolutely fantastic. I was a little nervous at first because I haven’t been to the doctor in quite some time. Janine & her team were very positive, empathetic and just made me feel completely comfortable. I genuinely felt like I was talking to a friend during both of our appointments. Would give 10 stars if I could!
I have never felt so disrespected at any medical facility. I've been coming here for almost 4 years and recently had to discontinue seeing them. Not only is the customer service horrible, specifically Frank - he is rude, not compassionate or understanding. He only cares about money, not the patient. They falsely charged me for an appointment that I had no clue I was walking into because of their lack of transparency. I was under the impression I was getting a women's wellness exam (which is covered by insurance) and birth control refill like I had the year prior - apparently they scheduled me for a different type of appointment and failed to communicate that to me. I paid a small amount while I was there and was told that was going to be the only charge for that appointment (I always ask). Then, I got a bill that I was not prepared for. I called to try to get this cleared up, and Frank TOLD me he could rebill it for a wellness exam instead. And when I told him to cancel my upcoming appointment (because of his rude attitude), he said he could no longer rebill the appointment. Hm, that's odd, you just told me you could? Now that I want to find care elsewhere - where billing is transparent, you can't rebill it? How convenient. He went ahead and charged my card without my consent. Frank alone drove me away from this place. How can you be so rude to clients who have been coming here for years over a misunderstanding on your own fault. Again, I have never felt so disrespected at any medical facility. Frank is on a power trip or something.
Very disrespectful and unethical practice. Especially Frank. **Update to their response: now they’re lying and saying I was never a patient? I have a follow up email from after my appointment as proof of being a patient. They take no accountability for their mistakes and attempt to gaslight the patient into thinking it’s their own fault. Stay away from here.
