Great providers but always such a long wait in the waiting room. Each time I’ve been there they tell me they are 15-20 min behind but today I waited 1 hour and 25 min before I was called back. The time before I had to leave and reschedule because it had been over an hour and I needed to get my teenager back to school and I live an hour away. The waiting room is always completely full of people and almost no seats left to sit in. I’m not sure if they overbook daily but I always dread these appointments because of the wait and I get frustrated. I appreciate all the staff there and feel like we receive good care once we get back though!

I have been using the services of Hamblin Dermatology for over two years now and I am very satisfied with my treatment. The doctors are extremely professional and their healthcare staff are always courteous and friendly. I mostly like that I never wait in the lobby or in a treatment room for over a few minutes as I do at most other healthcare facilities. I had at least five visits and so far so very good service.

I am blown away with the customer service offered here! I honestly have not had such individualized service and I feel I go to some pretty amazing places! Absolute best healthcare experience here on the mountain. Efficient, knowledgeable, excellent communication, friendly staff. Nice waiting room also. We've been going here for years. After reading some of the reviews I'll agree the practice could have better patient gowns in more diverse sizes, but it doesn't change the overall 5 star rating.
