I saw the PA, Katie Herzog, she was lovely! Very personable, and easy to talk with. She understood my issues and was able to resolve and treat them at my first appt! The front office staff were friendly and efficient :)

I had a skin removal procedure done and it went smooth. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and the procedure was fast. They made sure to take their time and use plenty of numbing. Now the stitches just need to heal and do their job. I had zero anxiety during the procedure due to Dr. Katie being so awesome.

Nice quiet clean office. Nice front office people take you right away. Nice nurse communicates clearly. Nice Dr Crosby has a sense of humor and a great bedside manner. I'm glad I chose them. So far so good!

I love Epiphany Dermatology! The professionals here not only treat you with the utmost respect and politeness, but also genuinely care about the well-being of their patients. My experience here is always warm and I feel taken care of, heard, and understood every time! Making an appointment is extremely convenient and easy, and I’ve recently started accutane with amazing results so far! Kathleen is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around every time! I would like to say: "Visiting is always a pleasure." But I never find it a pleasure to visit a doctor's office for obvious reasons. However, Dr. Crosby always seems to make me comfortable, and his sense of humor is special. Thanks to him and his staff.
