The providers are nice and helpful when you are present in the room with them. Front desk, medical records, scheduling, getting orders, and all aspects of communication have been very poor both as an in-person and telehealth patient. The follow through on the providers requests are inadequate (including scheduling follow up appointments, getting labs completed, filling prescriptions). If you have a question/concern, you are better off ignoring it than trying to get help. Maybe the only solution is to have another follow-up appointment, pay your money again, and hope the second time around they get it right. As a healthcare provider myself, I'm very upset that this is the quality of care a facility would provide. I should have trusted the previous negative reviews.

After thousands of dollar tests, confirming my diagnosis, Dr Mena and Angela kept scheduling more tests and wouldn't prescribe medication that helped me. Instead, they didn't take into consideration i has already been on all meds they wanted to try , AFTER, one more test. Don't go here! Excessive tests without diagnosis to treat you. Also they start you on meds you have already taken that failed. Waste of money and not ethical treatment.

Looks much just haven’t got a clue what you’re doing. They haven’t got understanding. Please means they’re too busy with pronouns what other sex other than male and female calling them is next to impossible to get anyone to answer phone. I’ve called three times all it does this ring you could say I’m about done!

I have had only good experiences in the Sun City ofc, and the Sun City West ofc. I’ve been seeing Dr Manchanda for pain management, and so has my friend. She takes time to listen to you, then discusses what can be done, and is wonderful at what she does! I also see Alana Hurwitz, a nurse practitioner with neurology, for my vestibular migraines. She also takes time to listen, to know what my issues are, and discusses options, with respecting how I feel about the options. I personally haven’t had any bad experiences with the medical staff, front office staff, communication, or making appointments. I’m happy with my care in both offices!

This is now the second bad experience we’ve had at this office. Last time we ran into traffic from an accident on the way there, but called to let them know my mother would be a couple of minutes late. We arrived four minutes after her scheduled appointment time and were told that the doctor had already left for the day despite us having called. I called to reschedule the following day, and was asked if I was OK being seen in a different office in order to get seen quicker, which I was. My mother received a text confirmation two days prior to the appointment which verified the change in location. We showed up 20 minutes prior to the appointment at the 99th Ave., Sun City location,and were informed by the very nice office staff that we were at the wrong location. She called the Sun city West location and was told that they would still see us no matter what time we arrived. She gave me the name of the lady that she spoke to and again verified that we would be seen. I asked them for the address of the other location so that I could quickly punch it into my GPS before leaving which I did. It showed that with traffic it would take us 17 minutes to arrive. Upon arriving at the Sun City West location, now 15 minutes past the original appointment time, we were informed that my mother would absolutely not be seen. I informed them that a lady from the other office had called and Serena had told them that we could be seen still. Serena said that we were wrong and she never said that. The other office staff lady then informed us that it was our fault that we had gone to the wrong location, to which I replied that when making the appointments they asked if we were OK going to the other location, and furthermore said that my mother had received a confirmation text with the other location on it. The other lady then informed us that they were aware that the reminder texts sent out the wrong addresses.We told her that the patient should not be held accountable for that and that we would not have driven this far if she had said that we could not be seen. Furthermore I took off half day from work and had driven 1.5 hours to get to the location. They did not care and again rudely told us that we would have to reschedule. This is now the second bad experience that we’ve had at this location and so we will be changing doctors.
