Great location. Everyone at this office is very professional and efficient. I accidentally arrived 30 mins early. However, they were running ahead of schedule and I was able to see the provider early. I was really impressed with the level of care. I already plan to see them again next year.

Have never done a Google Review; this practice is exceptional...Have never given anyone 5 Stars, either. I have worked in the medical field in the past;: they are best in the book is AZ Dermatology. Clean, considerate, on time, thorough, knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommended!

The one complaint I have (and I feel it is an important one) is that they don’t have gowns and/or a curtain to cover the door. I was only given a paper covering for my lap…. So when I sat on the exam table, I was directly in front of the door… I put my shirt back on and waited until the Dr and Nurse came in to remove it because if ANYONE would have walked by they would have gotten a full view on me. I have a hard time understanding how patient privacy isn’t a top priority. The Dr I saw was good, but I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I have been seeing a dermatologist for YEARS (saddened that we moved abs had to find a new one) and have not felt this way ever in the past. I think this is a clinic for some people, it seems, but don’t feel it was the right fit for me. Going to the Dr a person already feels vulnerable so I think feeling comfortable is important.

I have been dealing with a skin condition for quite a while and I feel so relieved after seeing Dr. Olmedo and his assistant who was so professional and kind. I am very hopeful with the treatment plan and so glad I found this group!

Fantastic! I had my appointment at the Surprise location and Victoria was my PA. She was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly in a way that I could understand. Very few people enjoy going to the doctors for any reason, yet she made me feel comfortable from the moment she entered the room. I do regret not remembering her assistants name that took all the information before Victoria came in, but she deserves a ton of credit for her professionalism also. I will definitely return with any future issues. ♿️ - As for accessibility, I was in my power chair and used the front main office building entrance due to the automatic doors. There is a side entrance closer to the office, but that doesn't have automatic doors. The office door is manual but with the people in and out someone held the door for me right away. The waiting area and the exam rooms are a little tight for a power chair, but I was able to maneuver my chair by just going slow.
