The waiting room is like entering a spa—soft music, pleasant decor, and relaxation. I had my vitals taken, and Laura was in the room within three minutes. She had reviewed my labs, which was evident from our conversation. She asked about my ultimate goal and devised a plan based on her expertise and my desires. We discussed the plan in depth, and she ensured I understood what needed to be done. I was really informed with my first visit to Copper Valley. I went there to see about bio identical hormone replacement therapy and now I think I want Laura to also take care of any other primary care needs I have. I felt heard and not in just a reactive way.
