Pre op consultation was very informative and thorough as well and the surgery went successfully wonderful. Result's are amazing and the post op appointments were wonderful as well. Check in was pleasant and quick. I like the use of an iPad for patient information instead of the clipboard and form. Dr. Rao and staff are personable and very competent, got in on time, questions were answered completely with no "upsell" for cosmetic services. Very professional but warm. My procedure is complete and I couldn't be more pleased with RAO Cosmetology. The nurses at the surgery clinic all offered unsolicited compliments about Dr. Rao and I believe it was genuine because they respected him and like working with him. Sometimes medical staff like to put a patient at ease before a surgery by reassuring a patient that their surgeon is "the best," but these nurses truly like and respect Dr. Rao. I would definitely recommend Dr. Rao and his staff for your cosmetic needs.
