Hubby had his appointment before mine. He said the staff was so nice and professional. Dr. Trout was friendly professional throughly explained the procedure he was going to do. Better safe then sorry. Mt appt was next day. Front office staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Trout was very professional and friendly....I agree with hubby. WE would highly recommend this office. Not crowded no long waiting time. Can fill out forms on line which saves a LOT OF TIME. I had an incredible experience at this dermatologist’s office! The staff is so warm and welcoming, making the whole visit comfortable. Dr. Trout is really cool, an absolute expert at his craft, and explained everything clearly, ensuring the procedure went perfectly. I’d recommend this office to anyone seeking top-tier dermatology care.

Extremely efficient. Always can get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The office is beautiful. The staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Trout is very knowledgeable and clearly knows what he’s doing. Very pleased.

I appreciate that Dr. Trout is a straight forward doctor that doesn’t beat around the bush. He’s very clear in his instructions and gives me a chance to ask my questions and then takes his time answering them. He is quick and also thorough. Wait time was less than 5 minutes which was so nice compared to other offices that make you wait around 30+ minutes. He and his staff go above and beyond for their patients and it shows! His staff is SO pleasant! I will be returning to Paloma Dermatology to see Dr. Trout for all of my skin needs!

My experience with Dr. Trout was a positive one! I sometimes have trouble voicing out my thoughts and questions and he was very patient with me, he made me feel heard, understood and didn’t make me feel rushed. He was very reassuring of my concerns and put together a plan for me. After my appointment his assistant gave me written instructions and told me to call at anytime if i had any questions. 10/10 would recommend Dr. T and his team!
