Stay away. Stay far away. Long story short I had a balance of $25 that I did not realize was urgent. My thought was that I would pay the balance when I went in for my next appointment. Oh how I was wrong. I was dropped from the practice and canceled for non-payment of the small amount. I am on a medicine that requires a dosage every two weeks and is mail from a specialty pharmacy. When my prescription refill request never came, I started to inquire about why this was happening. I called them multiple times and messaged them multiple times and never received any type of communication back. I finally was able to get on the phone with someone and they shared with me that I had been removed from the practice and that there was no way that I was going to be receiving my medication. I received no warning of this to be able to prepare for not having my urgent medicine. Many of you can agree that’s unacceptable. If they do this to me for $25 I can only imagine what they do to people that have a stronger balance and potentially more critical medicine. My recommendation: stay far away and go find a more understanding, gracious and forgiving doctors office who actually cares about the health and wellness of their patients.

This was a great experience. Wait for an appointment wasn’t too long and the appointment itself was excellent. Almost no wait in the lobby and no wait in the exam room. She came in and got right to it. Knew exactly what was going on. Listened to me, explained everything clearly and concisely and immediately took out my cyst. The place was like a well oiled machine honestly. The medical care was top notch as was the administrative piece. Which made for an extremely good overall experience. I highly recommend and will return if I have further dermatology issues.

I have rosacea, and it has been treated by this office for a couple years. The office is convenient to my house, the office staff is very friendly and responsive, and Dr. is very tuned in to how to treat my condition. I would definitely recommend!

An exceptional service, Dr Swartz is terrific and inspired confidence and trust. And has a womderful manner with anxious patients. The office and medical staff are great, explained procedures In detail and had plenty of time for questions. All around a good .experience.
