I can’t recommend this place, specifically the physician assistant Sara Monroe Royse. I paid $185 for a five-minute consultation, during which she prescribed tretinoin with six refills and no follow-up plan. She referred me to their cosmetic branch, which I visited a week later, and they seemed surprised she would prescribe such a long-term medication without scheduling any check-ins to monitor how my acne-prone, sensitive skin might react. The experience felt rushed and unprofessional.

I called in the morning to let them know that I needed to see a doctor and they schedule me the same day, and the front desk lady was really nice. The doctor was great and her nurse assistant I will recommend this office 100%.

I went to have a bump removed from my lip as you can see it wasn't removed. I was told that the bump grew back in the course of 2 weeks... well it looks worse and it hurts all the time now. So they charged me for a service I didn't even get. Because now I have to live with this on my lip... it's painful and embarrassing.

Healthy Skin provides great services. I have been going there for over 10 years. They do beautiful work.
