Christen is a caring, compassionate, and thorough primary care provider. She never rushes an appointment. She listens to all my questions and concerns and takes them seriously, never hesitating to suggest a referral to a specialist if she finds it necessary. We decide together what medical treatments will be beneficial to me. The office staff is welcoming, pleasant, and a delight to interact with. If I call and leave a message, I either get a call back or a text message, usually in less than 24 hours.

The ease of receiving an appointment as i was very sick was impressive. Front desk was courteous and professional. Wait time was minimal. Clinical staff was equally courteous and professional. NP Jacobs was exceptional. She was professional, personable, and courteous. She did not rush me but to the time to exam me and explain things to me. I got the feeling that she genuinely cared about me and my issues. I am very pleased with Infinity Health and Wellness. FYI. - no relation to NP Jacobs. It was my 1st time meeting her

Super Friendly Staff!!! They always know my name and greet me right away. Dr Byron is wonderfully kind and takes time to listen to you. Very clean office and patient rooms.

The experience there was great! My injector was Adriana! She is amazing and does pretty much what you ask her. Would highly recommend

Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean, organized, and well decorated lobby and rooms. The Nurse Practitioner (Initials C.C) that I have as my primary care is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and listens to you. Only 4 stars because of the problems of being on hold in a que every time that I have called. The average time on hold is 13 to 20 minutes, and it is every time, no matter the time of day- plus this has been an issue for many months. They say they're working on it when I bring it to their attention, but it has not improved.
