Venus By Mars

I was just in yesterday for a procedure and had a wonderful experience. Dr. Mars is great, and I just felt so confident in her abilities, even though I was nervous. The nurse who helped me get ready before and after the procedure was amazing, as was everyone in the surgery room. I won't ever go anywhere else for any cosmetic procedure. My experience was top notch, and I am so happy I found and chose this team!

Dr. Mars provided the most fantastic medical care during a very physically and emotionally difficult time in my life. Her staff is so kind and compassionate. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Mars did a fantastic job repairing my facial lacerations and informing me of all aftercare procedures. She checked in multiple times in the days following the procedure and made sure I was taken care of both physically and emotionally. I cannot recommend Venus by Mars enough. Thank you, Dr. Mars and staff.

I had Dr Mars do a breast reduction about two years ago and I've had so many problems ever since! I went for a few post ops during the healing process and told her the right breast areola was much larger than the left breast areola. It was big, puffy and looked like a baby bottle nipple, very deformed, although the the left breast areola was perfect! She told me to wait a few months and the swelling will go down... Unfortunately it never changed, it was at least twice the size as the left areola, it looked hideous. She agreed to go back in and make it smaller, to match the left breast. She charged me $100 for the operating room fee even though it was her fault.. Again, after she supposedly fixed it, the areola was still much larger and still deformed looking than the left breast areola. Again I complained and she said again to wait a few months for the swelling to go down and it will match the left breast. Unfortunately, it didn't! I told her I was still unhappy because it was still much larger than the left breast areola and still deformed looking. She wasn't very happy with me, but agreed to go back in and fix it. I had to pay another $100 for the operating room. This time, which was the 3rd surgery, she finally matched my right areola to match the left breast. Also post breast reduction, a lump developed due to the surgery on the left side of my left breast. The pain was non stop, there was a small lump that hurt 24 hours a day. I told her about the pain, again she wasn't very happy but she finally agreed to give me some injections in the area which didn't help at all. I waited a few more months in so much pain, went back complaining of the continual pain. She injected it again but this time she put the needle right into where the pain was the worst and with that, the pain went away for a year... About a month ago the shot from a year ago wore off, so again I have pain 24 hours a day.. I asked her to please give me another injection. She gave me another injection, but she didn't go in a very deep with the needle, so ir didn't help. I called her and ask if she would give me one more injection like she did a year ago and she refuses. I called Dr Mars several more times and she still refuses to help me and unfortunately all the other Dr's won't take over another Dr's patient. I never had this pain prior to Dr Mars doing the breast reduction. I'm sad she won't help me. I never had pain like this before Dr Mars did the breast reduction! So please beware of choosing Dr Mars.
