I have no issues at all with Dr. Hohuan but I certainly do have issues with his office staff. I found his office staff to be so ineffective with simple things like appointments, insurance processing and basic communication that I had to find another provider. That being said, Dr. Hohuan removed a tumor from the back of my neck two years ago that left a scar much larger than I expected even though we discussed it beforehand.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would. WORST doctor. He takes advantage that he is the only facial plastic surgeon in here. I needed a mass to be remove from my nose and both times he said he will do it but by removing it from the outside and living a big scar and I told him numerous times that he needed to approach it a different way and he kept saying no that he won’t do it. Take this in mind, he was going base on a CT Scan of MORE than 1 YEAR old. When I even ask him to first order me a new CT scan so he can see what’s going on NOW because obviously it wasn’t the same as it was over a year ago and he refused. I went grab multiple opinions in Mexico and they all said to approach it from the inside so they can see everything clearly and remove everything and when I stated that to him he always kept saying “that there was no need” but in really I feel like he was doing it because either he doesn’t know how to ; then at that point just say it or he was just trying to be lazy and take the easy route. He even said get an opinion from another doctor here in the U.S. in which I did and this new doctor out of town will be performing the surgery because he even agrees that it needs to be done and in the way that I was stating and how the other doctors in Mexico where telling me to approach it.

If you would like to spend thousands of dollars to look 3 monthsl younger with added facial scarring look no further! David Hohuan is your man.
