Unfortunately I did not have the greatest experience here. I was interested in the aviclear laser and called the medi spa to get more information. She was super positive and helpful and told me the first step was to make an appointment with the dermatologist. This appointment costed about $250 because I am self pay. The dermatologist pretty much told me the opposite of what the medi spa told me on the phone so it felt like a bait and switch. Instead of it being available in rogers like I was told on the phone it was only available in fayetville and required me to have someone drive me because its so painful that pain medicine is necessary. Had I been told this on my first phone call I would have ruled it out. Then, when I asked about doing a test spot they said they wouldn't do it. So for a $3,000 treatment they were not willing to do a test spot. That's wild to me so I didn't move forward. All around it was a bad experience.
