Update - I went to another injector. I was able to get my normal results with 12 units. They said the injections I received should have been more superficial. In response Lasertouch. I never told them a budget. In fact, we did a lot more than 43 units... that was just my forehead. I didn't mention that they did my cheeks and my lips and my chin, all of which also did not achieve any sort of result soI think they are confusing me with another customer because I paid for more than 43 unite. We also discussed getting the other treatments I wanted and I was ok with all of it. Price or budget was not a limiting factor. I told them it takes a lot of Botox to get the results I'm used to because I thought 35 units was a lot. They told me it would take over 40 and I was ok with that. They never told me that if I don't do 65, I won't get the results I'm used to. I wish they had told me that because that would have raised suspicion and I could have called my derm to confirm they never put more than 35 units. Also, I never got my Alle points which they said they would enter the day of my treatment. I trusted them when they said I would get my points. Previous post: I've been getting botox at my derm for years and she did a great job but I figured I'd give this medspa a try since there are a lot of things I want to get done that my derm doesn't do. The most my derm has given me is 30 units and the results were great. This spa put 43 units and for the first time, the injections were the most painful I've ever had, my forehead was sore to the touch weeks later, and my forehead was lumpy, and I never got the intended results. When I called to come in for them to fix it, they said no problem. When I got there, they agreed that the Botox did not have the intended result but that the owner only allows 2 units for fixes. We agreed that is not enough to fix the problem. I will be going back to my derm. This was a very expensive mistake.

I recently had jeuveau and overall I'm very pleased with the results! I could already see a big improvement after just one treatment. The procedure was quick and easy, and the nurse was very knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything in detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I'm so thankful for the fantastic results and will definitely be going back again!
