Able to get appointment with ease and at my convenience. Prompt friendly service at front desk and check out. Conscientious triage by Jayden and my practitioner Katherine McGrady took time to listen to my issues and helped me come up with solutions and treatments. Very caring and thorough. This was my first visit at the Conway location and will continue to use them.

I visited today as a new patient (just for a preventative check), and am very pleased with my entire experience! The clinic is very easy to find. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Not a long wait at all! Jayden was the first to take me back to the exam room. She was so sweet and made me feel like I’ve been a patient there for years! My provider was Katherine, and she was equally as warm and friendly! She addressed my concerns and made me feel at ease. Really just a pleasant visit overall. I look forward to being a patient for years to come!

Katherine and Becca were very nice, but a bit condescending. I went in for parasites and I imagined they would look at my skin. They did not. They assumed because I'm a 65 year old woman I must be delusional. I really saw red, but remained calm. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. Her I give 5 stars to. If you're a female senior with this affliction, steer clear.

Arkansas Dermatology was very welcoming, friendly and informative! The provider, Avery, and Assistant, Amber, were thorough and intentional.

We had a wonderful experience from everyone at the office today. My son was very happy and felt great when we left. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Mallory and Tiffany were also fantastic. My son left with hope and confidence and that was because of the staff. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back.
