Dr Russell and his team are wonderful! Dr Russell helped me with acne in my teenage/early adult years, and has since helped me with my eczema flare ups. Dr Russell is very knowledgable and I never feel that I am bothering him with my questions! One thing that really sticks out to me is how much he cares about his patients, and you can tell this by the questions that he asks you about your personal life since the last time that you have been in. Dr Russell remembers not only important things about your medical history, but what you do for a living, your family, etc. This may seem like a small feat, but with as many patients as he has, I find this to be so thoughtful! I would trust Dr Russell with any dermatology question/concern that I have, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a new dermatologist!

Have been seeing Dr. Brian for a long time and have developed a fine caring relationship. He always has time to discuss a problem, interested in what's going on with me personally and is very professional in his treatment. Also has a wonderful support staff. I regret I will be leaving his care because I have moved to Little Rock and advancing in age so I need to find care here. I highly recommend Dr. Brian Russell and will miss him and his staff.

Dr. Natalie Lane is short with her conversations she comes off to be rude and dismissive and she not that educated about HS skin condition the staff takes days if not weeks to get back to you the vibe of the office is cold no personality . Looking for a doctor that's cares about your health and healing process.
