The Dermatology Center: Craig Stites, MD, FAAD

Tried making an appointment and they’re booked out till April !!!! I’m sure there’s plenty of good dermatologist in town that can get you in sooner.

I was looking for a new dermatologist and called this clinic for an appointment. I am so glad they had no appointments available. I then out of curiosity read their reviews. There were some great reviews, but the bad out weighed the good reviews. Please look at the reviews before making decisions on your health care. Dr Craig Stiles you are one rude man.

I work at a doctors office and know how things work to start.. one of my coworkers told me to get in here because they were great and she was able to get in within days but because I'm a new patient I can't get in for 9 months. That's a joke. We see new patients regularly and never turn away business or the opportunity to help. I guess this place is different..

Poorly managed practice. Tried to attend an appointment at 9AM on a Friday. Showed up outside (along with another patient) and the place was completely dark….no sign…nothing. Furthermore, no one answers the phone, and/or there is no auto response why the office is completely closed within normal business hours.

Dr Stites is a wonderful dermatologist. He has a great bed side manner, he is personable & professional. Myself, wife, daughter & son have all been patients of his for years. However, his front office staff are often rude & unprofessional. My most recent experience involved arriving at my appointment, paying my copay, updating my personal information, sitting for 10 minutes or so & then being told that my appointment was canceled months ago & I should have received an email. No cancellation email was sent, but I did receive a confirmation email and phone call to which I responded that I would be available. No apologies or thank you. I normally do not post reviews, but he should know that his staff ran off at least 4 of his patients.
