I've been coming here for years, and I absolutely love everyone who works here! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel like you're among friends and genuinely welcomed. Brande is amazing—she not only does a fantastic job, but she also takes the time to educate me on what I’m getting and helps me understand exactly how it will look. I’ve never walked out disappointed. Highly recommend this place for their great service and friendly atmosphere!

I did a review and took it down at their request and I will say the owner is very nice. I normally don’t do reviews but this has been very upsetting to me. I feel I need to educate people about my experience so this doesn’t happen to another person with tattoo removal. My tattoo was almost gone so I had a fine line tattoo over the dark places then had flesh color put on the surrounding areas to try to camouflage it. It was a little too dark still so I went for a laser treatment. Apparently you cannot laser those colors because the colors can oxidize and turn dark which is what happened. You cannot laser those colors and google will tell you those colors are tricky to laser because of this problem. I also spoke with other laser techs and they said yes those colors have a high rate of that. This has set me back years and thousands of dollars with my removal process. The tech when I sent pictures googled it when I was on the phone and said yes you can’t laser it anymore and I should just cover it with makeup. The nonchalant attitude was astonishing especially after everything I’ve been through. This was negligence in my opinion. I’ve found a procedure called Xtract that will take out all colors and dioxided ink so Im very hopeful. I hope I can save someone else from this happening to them. I have attached pictures of before and then after the laser with the dioxided ink. To say I’m upset is an understatement!

The front desk girls harassed and called me 9 times and texted me 4 times in a week. These continued even after I confirmed my appointment. My appointment was at 4:30. They asked if I could come sooner. I texted them that I was on the way for my 4:30 appointment. They called me at 4:30. They made it very clear that they wanted to leave. As soon as I got there, everything was so rushed. I left unsatisfied. If you do not want a client to come at 4:30, dont schedule them then! Or make your employees actually stay for the times they have agreed to without complaints. I am a paying customer!! I have never seen such desperation from a front desk- Calling me the same minute of my appointment has never happened to me as well as my phone being blown up like this. Texted for a followup to hopefully resolve and got no answer. Will certainly be going elsewhere and telling others of my experience!

Tattoo removal was quick and easy! Ronda is extremely professional! And not bad prices! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Me and my friend went together to get lip filler, and we had the best experience with Samantha! Everyone was so nice and welcoming, all of our questions were answered, we couldn’t have asked for better.
