NEA Baptist Clinic Neurology

It was a very good experience everyone from when you enter the doctors office to his staff we’re so nice. The doctor was very attended. Very aware of my problem. I was having talked about what we would be doing. It was a breath of fresh air to have a doctor that would listen. Talk to you and explain the procedure we would be doing. I highly recommend NEA if you’re looking for a neural doctor.

Everyone was nice and professional. I arrived on time and was taken back to an exam room before I even got my paperwork completed. I did not wait in the patient room more than a few minutes before the doctor’s intern came in. Dr Chan was thorough and professional.

I saw dr. Long my first visit which was who my neurologist was, he was amazing, but following that visit, I never saw him again and kept getting his nurse amy freeman. She was horrible. She did not listen to me AT ALL and did the opposite of what we'd talk about. I had to switch doctors because of amy freeman. It was not dr. Long that caused me to switch doctors but it was his nurse. She declined my medications several times causing me to have many seizures as well as refusing to listen to me. I recommend Dr. Long getting a new nurse practitioner

Dr.Chan and staff were amazing. He has such kind bedside manners and spent a lot of time explaining my test results. 5⭐️

Dr. Long, is an amazing Doctor. He cares for his patients. And he's always going to see it through.
