Good service and reliable; it’s nice seeing to LV clinic it’s not far from town too. Their patient portal has worked well for me too and keep data up to date. And I like having the option to see a range of providers.

I’ve been to this clinic twice. The first time I had to wait about 45 mins to be seen. Once I was seen by Mary Margret Minskey she did a five minute exam and prescribed me an antibiotic for chest pain. I felt uncomfortable because I’ve had the pain for months and I wanted some indication that I needed an antibiotic because I was not sick at all. I felt a five minute chest exam wasn’t enough. I went back today and I explain my discomfort and how my pain felt worse and she told me to see someone else in a very rude tone. I feel as though I was treated this way because I have TRICARE because I’m in the military and this clinic does not seem very experienced with it. I could hear the “caregivers” talk about how they could not figure out what treatment I was eligible for. So for that reason I think they just didn’t want to help me.

So me and my kids had a appointment with Mary Margaret Minsky at 9am this morning & we could not make it due to transportation so I tried calling before my appointment to cancel the clinic phone would ring once anf go straight to voicemail. So once I got my vehicle around 10some I tried to reschedule and that's when her nurse lied to me and told me they had no openings then I asked for another doctor and she said that all of them was booked in that clinic but so happen i called back to schedule an appointment for tomorrow and I was told all the doctors had openings and i could be seen today for them to turn around call me back and say Mary minsky stopped it and she will see me in the morning ....no that's not right at all what give her the rights to make me and my kids suffer sick cause she mad about the morning appointments in which I tried to call to notify them ....i wish I had a number to report this

Dr Wright is my doctor him and his staff is wonderful caring people love them they answer all my questions an take great care of me thanks.
