Conway Regional Mayflower Medical Clinic

Totally and completely dissatisfied with Dr Greenwood. I've been having BP problems and instead of taking her time with me to figure this out she rushed me out of the office and acts as if she doesn't have time to listen. Went in for a follow up appointment after seeing a heart doctor and she had no idea who I was or why I was there. Then scheduled my next appointment for a month after I go back to see the heart doctor. Makes absolutely no sense. I will definitely be finding a new PCP .. someone that actually cares for the patient and don't treat them like a paycheck.

I have never wanted to take the time out of my day to write a google review, no matter how good or bad the place is. This is the exception. I work at a pharmacy whom this clinic sends prescriptions to. Today I had a patient who was waiting in store, and the doctor sent a prescription that had a discrepancy, therefore I had to call the clinic to clarify. I called 3 different times within 5-10 minutes, and all 3 times, a female named Patricia hung up on me before I could get 2 words out. I have never experienced such an unprofessional operation in 5+ years of work in healthcare.

Dr. Greenwood, Katie and Angela are AMAZING! The nurses, front desk staff, techs and lab people are very nice and professional. I have been going here for years, and they really do take care of you like family.

New to the area and in need of a new PCP. Started seeing Ms Katie at the Conway Regional Mayflower Clinic and we (my husband and myself) are high pleased and highly impressed. I have multiple system issues with complications and Ms Katie treats not just the reason I came into clinic that day but looks at me and as a whole, taking care of the whole of me, even though I thought my complaints were small. She saw the entirety of the person and took care of all my needs!! Very thorough, professional, positively knowledge, and polite. With Katie Deacon, APRN, you will receive exceptional care.

Great Medical clinic. I’ve been here several times and they’re always helpful & professional.
