Jacks Dermatology

Everyone at this clinic treated me very well. Dr Jacks made me feel comfortable and I received great care and treatment of my condition.

My appointment was pleasant. It wasn't a long wait time. I didn't see the doctor, I saw the nurse. She listened to me and prescribed a topical medication. I had to discontinue using it because I had an allergic reaction to it. When I talked to the nurse about it, she was in disbelief that I was having a reaction from it, but my eyes were swollen and I was red and itching from my ears, down to my chest. I stopped using it days before I called the office and was told she was going to prescribe something for the rash. Unless there was a mix up with the pharmacy, I never received any medication. My husband and I went to Walmart and got calamine lotion and Benadryl and my skin seems to be clearing up after suffering for about a week. I was just disappointed that I couldn't get the help I needed that wasn't going to harm me.

My review from a few days ago was taken down falsely for some reason so I will post again for future, unfortunate clients of this business. Go to a competitor nearby instead of this business, I assure you it will be a waste of your time to pursue going here. Other people’s reviews were also taken down stating how awful the service is here and they do not communicate policies to people before banning clients from attending future appointments. I went here multiple times and could never finish treatment due to their miscommunicated policies. Dr. jacks is incredible and a great dermatologist. Her staff needs a complete overhaul before you should give your time, money and energy here. There are multiple other dermatologists nearby you can happily go to.

I have been a patient of Dr Jacks for several years now. She noticed a spot that had been called a mole for years before becoming one of her patients . She said she wanted to err on the side of caution and took a biopsy. Turned out to be melanoma. She referred me and had an appointment with a surgeon scheduled for removal. Thank goodness I chose Dr Jacks as my dermatologist.

Absolutely amazing. My daughter and I both have gone here and every experience is always best. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Thank you so much ladies for making these times gentle and great :) this is the place to go if you need a great recommendation.
