The staff always gets me in and out in a timely manner, and the ladies who work up front are always nice. I hate going to the doctor, but they do a great job of making it as painless as possible experience. As of 4/21/2022, face masks are required by office, so make sure to bring your mask.

The worst place without a doubt starting with the receptionists then they don't attend at the time they give the appointment why because they don't agree they made me wait 50 minutes to attend to my son and they didn't even attend to him and I had another appointment warning them and she answering upset after this it's your turn OK, If you don't like your job, look for another one , in a place like this you have to be kind because you receive a payment for that and they are the worst they whip the window make bad faces they are the worst

Very nice and considerate, now this might be the going rate for everything now a day just thought $256 was a little high to tell me they couldn’t help and give me a name of someone that possibly could

I was pleased with my experience with the ones in reception. They were friendly. I was seen in a timely matter. Jonna Webb was knowledgeable and friendly. I was percribed medicine that got rid of my rash. I would recommend this office to others.

I have been going to Dr. Helms for about 6 years. They are always very professional. Very important to me is they honor the time of the appointment. I am always in within 10 minutes (usually less) of my appointment. They also give me notice of my upcoming appointment. I have had some relevant health issues that have been detected in very early stages and successfully dealt with. That’s the real deal.
