Had my partner go to them in need of sinus infection treatment. The doctor prescribed meds that were ALREADY in use over the counter. Tried to discuss other treatments “Z pac” over my chart app and no further help was given or discussed. Steroids were given but they provided nothing to take in unison that was a working option. Save your time and money. Go to another clinic travel if you must. They waited until 5 o’clock to stonewall us yet again. Urgent care is a more viable option than what these “professionals” provided. It’s a horrible situation when professionals bend to drug companies or use no bedside manner with patients who are open to discussing what is being used already and what can be prescribed and what has worked for the patient in the past. These are non narcotic drugs. The doctor prescribed a non working drug.

Good luck with these idiots. Hold time is ridiculous!

Our PCP is Dr. Dennis Yelvington, he is awesome! Dr. Yelvington not only is a very knowledgeable physician but also takes the time to speak with his patients and get to know them and form a relationship not just rushing you in and out. Dr. Yelvington is able to balance a correct diagnosis and care in a timely manner with the bonus of the feeling of being cared for by a family friend.
