WOW! Alina gave me my best eyelashes ever for my wedding. I had a destination wedding in Jerome and came here 3 days prior to get lashes. It was scary to not do a trial but Alina came through with exceptional service. When I got my lashes done at a 5-Star rated place in Philadelphia it's was uncomfortable like a dental visit. I thought that it was just supposed to be an uncomfortable service, but Alina made it feel like there was a butterfly landing on my lashes. She has an unbelievably gentle touch. She worked with me to figure out exactly what lash style I wanted, referencing pictures and making recommendations. She checked in at the end and removed/added lashes twice to make sure I loved them. They lasted longer than my home salon as well. I wish I could come here all the time.

This review is only in regards to the Moxie treatment given by Samantha. I have had other services at Jaliza, like hair blow dry and a facial with Jaycee - which were both great. Those services deserve 5 stars. HOWEVER I am posting this as a warning because I do not want anyone else to go through what I am currently dealing with. Samantha did my moxie treatment. After 2 months I have dark spots and hyperpigmentation from laser damage to my skin, my face from the improper treatment by Samantha. It was TOO strong for my skin. Now I have dark patches that were not there before. I am devastated. The proper information on how severe this treatment would be was not communicated. There was no Fitzpatrick test done that was communicated to me. The power of the laser and repetitions that Samantha used on my face was TOO STRONG. I had to cancel appointments because the proper information was not relayed to me what to expect healing wise. I was in pain for a week. It felt like a terrible burn, with swelling and redness and was too strong a shock for my system. The office staff was VERY nice, trying to remedy the situation, even gave me a complimentary facial. This is part of the reason I have not posted this sooner. However, if the treatment is done properly the result would not be so strenuous and still affecting me with redness and hyperpigmentation no nearly TEO MONTHS later. I was VERY patient and waited more than a month to post this, to see if any improvements would happen for the hyperpigmentation and redness I am STILL seeing on my face. I just made a dermatology appointment. I do not smoke or have any autoimmune issues. I put on spf more than ever now and am diligent with healing protocol for my face. I post this as a warning. I never had these dark spots before. They are Patches of hyperpigmentation. The practitioner was not working within the proper limitations a health professional is to work within - DO NO HARM. She went too strong on my treatment. I hope this is a lesson that does not have to be repeated. And if it happened to anyone else that they will share. Do not go over the limit on anyone's face with this laser. It's just plain dangerous. In my option this person should not be allowed to do this treatment.

I had my first laser facial treatment with Victoria Black and I couldn’t be happier taking that next step in my skincare journey. I took her recommendation of doing BBL + MOXI to get the results I wanted. She was super helpful explaining the treatments, talking to me throughout the service and following up. Also, I loved going through the Visia skin analysis to learn more about my skin’s UV damage, texture and complexion.

I had my hair done by Kelly Ruiz and let me tell you OMG! I LOVE IT! 🩵 Not only is she super sweet and loving but she does amazing work as you can see by the before and after pictures! My hair was in desperate need of some change and love and Kelly most definitely did it! The staff here is also super sweet! The place itself looks super cute! I can happily say Kelly gave me my confidence back🩵! I will be coming back! Thank you Kelly!🩵

I recently had my hair dyed by Kelly Ruiz, she's is an amazing hairstylist and I couldn't be happier with the results! She did an incredible job and my hair looks fantastic. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and talented hairstylist.💖💖
