I love the training, online and in class , both classes are informative, clear, and easy to understanding with hands on. Kelly, Destinee and her staffs are very friendly and amazing support. They have the best program to help with beginner from A-Z to establishing Body contouring business. I am a trainer too for lash extensions and permanent make up, I can see their teaching program is excellent and easy to follow. The facility is very clean & well decoration. The bundle is affordable & good machine. I believe by adding on this new service will helping our clients feel more wonderful about themselves and bring another buckets income to our business . I really enjoyed the in person training I received at Body Contouring and More. It was fun, informative and motivating. I personally was bullied and threatened via text after I expressed and used my first amendment right, FREEDOM OF SPEECH to provide feedback on the business support chat on several occasions of how I did not feel supported and felt like I was not satisfied with the high amounts of money paying for cheap equipment and no support. I was on a Free chat support group where questions where barely answered and after turning a year and plus in the industry I have gotten classes from multiple sources and see that this is an issue ADVERTISE EDUCATION AND SUPPORT THAT FALLS SHORT FROM EXPECTED. In no moment or publicly have I talked negative of Bodycontouring & more but as an unsatisfied customer I can review the company and make a whole review because that is my legal right. They threaten to follow legal matter because I talked to one of their main representatives and gave the feedback of “I felt discriminated based on my race and now bullied” and this was used against me. I’m now in fear of my mental health, my reputation and my business. I leave this open review for anyone experiencing the same issue or for anyone to be aware this is a company to be really careful with and I really don’t know what to do with this threats and behavior at this point this is really unfortunate as a student and new business owner.
