I had a great experience with Nurse Cynthia today. The whole staff was wonderful! All my questions and/or concerns were clearly explained and informative, which always puts me at ease. What I love most about the Neoderma facility, is that it doesn’t feel like a cold doctor office, but instead it’s like visiting a friend’s home, it’s inviting and cozy. The procedure itself was quick and practically painless. I’ve been a patient since 2018, and have been completely satisfied with the results of my procedures every time. I will continue to come to Neoderma and to see Nurse Cynthia for years to come.

I just got a tattoo removal for my eyebrows today and Melissa made the process go so well. She is well experienced with the laser. She placed it on a good setting allowing to be effective yet not burn my skin or remove any hair. Procedure was tolerable . I noticed a difference after the procedure and was given post care instructions. I also asked about getting laser to remove my small capillary blood vessel above my upper lip. It was done so quickly and I noticed a difference. I highly recommend this place because Melissa knows her laser and not everyone is well versed on laser. She works with darker skin complexion which is a challenge and glad to have her as my clinician today.

I had a great experience here, all of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. I had the diamond glow facial done by Jackie and I would highly recommend her & this treatment. She explained each step and gave me recommendations based on my skin type, which really helps since I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne. She’s super knowledgeable and personable, my skin still feels super hydrated days later!
