Just had my first ever facial at Citrine Finishing Bar & Healing Studio with Melony. It was such a relaxing experience. All of the products smelled and felt amazing. She went above and beyond my expectations and a facial with her is such a treat!

Melony is the Queen of creating polished and bangin' eyebrows. For the past decade I have put my trust in this woman to pull off the perfect eyebrow for platinum blondes. You see, my eyelashes and eyebrows are basically clear. Naturally, there is really no definition around my eyes. Melony works her magic every time to create an amazing brow and lash that adds depth and definition to my face. There is a very fine line that an Esthetician needs to walk to transform the color of a natural blonde brow so that it helps bring out the features of the eye without making it look like the woman dyes the hair on her head. Melony nails the right color every time. I also like knowing that if for any reason the tint on one of my eyebrows fades faster than the other that she will help me correct it with a quick touch up free of charge until I can schedule my next appointment. As a long-time beauty bar owner, she has extensive knowledge about natural and organic beauty products and I have always trusted the brands she uses near my eyes. I have never experienced any stinging sensations with the lash tint she uses. Not only is her brow tint on point, but she is an artist when it comes to cleaning up my mono-brow and creating the perfect arch. Be prepared to take a little bit longer than usual for a brow appointment because Melony really takes her time to make sure the color has set evenly and that every hair has been waxed and plucked to perfection. Her services help boost my confidence in my appearance and allow me to ditch the daily application of mascara and fake eyebrows for several weeks. I have gone to Melony religiously for my brow waxing and lash/brow tinting for the past 10 years because she gets it right every time. In the past, with other salons I tended to leave the appointment with two red and angry eyebrows, but Melony hooks me up every time because she applies the best-smelling natural products to cool and tame my overly sensitive skin so that I can run out in public and run errands directly after my appointment. I always feel like I am getting some extra pampering perk during my appointment and that my money spent is well worth the amount of excellent service I receive. Melony is very affordable and I honestly feel she should be charging more for her services, so I try to show my appreciation by tipping her out. I feel very comfortable and relaxed in her salon space and love the convenience of her new location in Arcata. Melony makes all of her clients feel special and taken care of like family. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her for any of the services she provides.

Oh my goodness I got my eyelashes done today from Nicole and they look so pretty 😍😍😍 so natural looking and I've got several compliments already! I totally recommend coming to her to get eyelash extensions done! 🤩 she's also so sweet and listens to how you want your look! 💕 Definitely will be going back!
