California Neurology Institute

I was impressed how fast they got us in for our appointment. We have been to a lot of neurologist and you always have to wait. Not here! Our appointment was at 3 we were in the room at 3:03. This was our first time here and sometimes the doctors want all new testing even though you just did them. He listened to us and told us he was good with everything as long as we were. He told us if we see anything that’s not normal call and they will get us right in. I was very impressed with our new doctor.

The new woman PA I saw was absolutely amazing very attentive and for once I actually felt heard. I can't wait to get back in with her and go over all my results. And as always the front desk ladies are the sweetest:).

When first walking in you do not get the warmest welcome from the girls upfront t. There seemed to be some discord among them by the way they interacted.. not the most professional. Considering how busy the waiting room was, I was called back in a timely manner. The back office medical assistant was very friendly and personable. Dr. Virdi did not make me wait any ti.e at all. He was very efficient and he listened to my concerns and answered my questions without talking down to me. Overall it was a good visit.

The only issue I have with this office is that when we need our prescriptions done the office that does that seems to have issues about getting it done, they seem to like to blame the pharmacy for not sending the prescription request to them and as their person just told me it happens to a lot of people. Well, if that's the case, shouldn't that be your sign that she should be looking into this?, cuz now we were stuck without having any of the medication that he should be having because it's still pending and we went in at 8:30 this morning to have this medication sent to his pharmacy so he can have his medication. As of the doctor, he is a five-star. Nope. 10 star. He's wonderful and great. I just wish he would get on to his stuff just a little bit so there is no confusion like this

I’ve only been there once but was happy with the experience. I was very grateful to Dr. Rajah for not only listening but just quickly recommending an MRI without me having to push. I appreciate him caring about my concerns. He even recommended an EEG to test further. Thank you Dr. Rajah! We need more doctors who listen to their patients! It means a lot!
