Dr. Sean Younai Plastic Surgery

As a health care professional, it is refreshing to find a physician who with his staff seeks to deliver personalized care and actually does. Dr Younai 30+ years of surgical excellence was more than evident in his approach. His staff Alisa and Linda also reflect a high standard of care and thoughtfulness when dealing with all the logistics surrounding surgery. Our experience here exceeded expectations and I am most thankful for Dr Younai and his staff.

To Dr. Sean, how about instead of responding to everyone’s reviews about your horrible desk woman, fire her. Her actions are despicable to say the least. People don’t go out of their way to leave these reviews for no reason. YOU are in the wrong for allowing the type of behavior she is giving. She has said and done awful things to some of your clients. You are not doing anything positive for your business by responding the way you have. Just a little advice.

I was referred to Dr. Younai for a procedure to correct an injury I sustained while surfing. Dr. Younai and his team made me feel, safe and comfortable and the surgery and post-op healing went very well.

I had called to schedule an appointment and was greeted with a "please hold" and instantly got stuck on a FOURTY-FIVE minute hold. Finally a very rude woman named Alysa? Aleesa? answered and pretty much told me they weren't going to quote me unless I paid them $250. I wanted to at least have an IDEA of what the end price would be before paying you almost $300 just to tell me what I already know. The lady on the phone was very rude and very hostile. Would not let me ask any questions whatsoever and hung up on me. Absolutely rude woman running the phone/desk. Do NOT recommend. Edit: I've seen other reviews with similar experiences. It's sad to see the owner siding with this woman when she obviously does not care about his clientele. Edit: your response to reviews is vile. Do better as a business owner. Your business is tanking due to this woman and her actions. You are being bombed with reviews due to your lack of care for clients. Her behavior, especially in this field, is disgusting to say the least. Going forward, you AND Alisa need to show more empathy. The people you are helping are people that are vulnerable and Alisa is preying on their insecurities and saying awful things to your potential clients. Do better.

Dr. Sean younai is excellent I came all the way from Minnesota. I got a tummy tuck last year in April. He went beyond and did his job for me. I will be coming back this April or May. He also recommend that I stuck with a strike extra size and better eating habits. I feel excellent, although my eating habits I’m just now starting to work on. I’m still content and I have a great self-esteem and I feel good about myself.
