Elias Medical

In truth- Dr Elias is a great doctor- but his receptionists need a lot of work. I tried to have them complete my leave of absence papers which they did- but after asking my symptoms and how much I worked I was hit with “That’s it?” After I told them I worked 5 hours a day as a part time employee. No one should be symptom shamed! Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting behavior when you deal with patients. If anyone lives with an hour or 100 hours of uncontrollable pain- it shouldn’t matter. Have some empathy. It isn’t that difficult.

I am beyond impressed by the high quality of service provided at Elias medical. Everyone in the office is professional and caring. Hanan, the esthetician, is FABULOUS!!!! She really makes the experience relaxing and provides a much needed retreat from my busy life. I always leave feeling fully refreshed and with glowing skin! Making an appointment is easy too. It is continually a great experience and I have never once been disappointed. I highly recommend the services provided by Elias medical.

I have been a patient at Elias Medical for many years. Dr. Elias and his staff have the best medical office. The staff is organized and professional. Dr. Elias always takes time to go over my record and explore possible different treatments for what ails me. Appointments are always timely and with the addition of a very knowledgeable PA (K.Lewis) I found wait times are shorter than ever.

I have been a patient of Dr. Elias for about 10 yrs. When I look for a doctor I do my research. When I choose a doctor I plan to stay with them basically forever. I like my doctors to know me on a personal level, I don’t want to just be a number on a chart. I want them to know my history, it’s important to me. Dr. Elias is extremely thorough, I don’t ever feel rushed. He makes sure my needs are met, and makes sure I am completely taken care of. If I am having an issue he troubleshoots and makes sure he covers everything. Once I was accidentally scheduled with the PA (who is also great btw) and I complained that I had been expecting to see him since he is my regular doctor. He was leaving for the day and saw me anyway like it was no trouble at all. He’s very personable and really gets to know you, and makes sure you are happy and healthy. I would highly recommend him!
