From the moment I walked in, Marina, Kristie’s assistant greeted me with a smile and offered an ice cold water with a slice of grapefruit while I waited. Kristie is a skin expert and truly takes her time to go into detail about the skin and its mechanisms. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely relaxed. The spa has a calming atmosphere with soft dim lighting and soothing neutral colors that set the perfect tone for relaxation. I first received a revitalizing facial treatment that left my skin glowing and refreshed. The staff carefully evaluated my skin and created a personalized at-home skincare plan based on my unique needs. They really take the time to understand your goals and skin concerns. Next, I experienced a micro-needling session where my own blood was drawn and micro-needled back into my face. While I waited for my procedure, I was placed under a red light which can help with wrinkles, acne, and sun damage. The procedure was seamless with little to no pain, and the staff made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Recently, I ran out of some of my at-home products and came back for a consultation due to acne. The team was once again extremely helpful, and I’m set up for an acne facial next week. They’ve tailored a new at-home skincare routine based on my current needs, and I’m excited to see the results. Kristie did an AMAZING job clearing up my skin. I recently had sudden breakouts in my face and felt that nothing was helping. Kristie reassured me that she would be able to help. At first, I didn’t think I would get the results I wanted so quickly but sure enough she got me on a new skin regime and I got a facial which cleared up my skin. Now she’s working on reducing the appearance of acne scars. Kristie is amazing at what she does. When she says she will get good results, she definitely means it!
