I had my breast removed a few years ago and paid a lot of money for this almost 20k for a mastectomy… I didn’t know any better but my nipple reconstruction process didn’t make my nipples looking natural after and I got huge scars long scars to my side and they weren’t even straight … Dr Liu and his team …. I would not recommend this place unfortunately because I can’t believe they charge this much and mess up people … the receptionist can have an attitude but that won’t fly with me because I will curse your azz out then wait for you to come outside since you have so much to say but this was a few years ago … I’m leaving my review now because being I’m getting my breast back I realized how much damage he done and even other surgeons comment on it … they did have some nice people up there but I guess they all started to leave .. Dr Kwon was another surgeon he was actually pretty cool and seem to care much more than Dr Liu .. I’m giving 2 stars because for such a high price I expected better

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service my friend received from this clinic. My friend had a canceled procedure at Avant Aesthetics with Dr Liu, and was promised a refund. However, it has been several months since the promise was made, and the clinic has not fulfilled its obligation to issue the refund. I had helped my friend in attempts to contact your clinic multiple times but has received no response. This lack of communication and failure to follow through on promises is unacceptable and has caused significant stress and inconvenience to my friend. She has come to me various times, and I can see how stressful this issue had impacted her. As a customer, we expect a certain level of service and professionalism from such highly acclaimed clinic. The failure to fulfill the promise of a refund and lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also unethical.

I like to write about the excellent work that Dr. Liu Perry performed surgery on me two months ago. He is respectful, and patient. And I had an excellent recovery. He explained everything, he is very professional and he is respectful. Not only is he amazing but also his team. Including Zach the coordinator. Dr. Lee is also another great doctor. He is very professional, respectful, and funny too. Karla is also an excellent worker who performed an excellent job. She is a sweet all the time. Liz performed an excellent job too, she is kind and respectful. Thank you all for your help, you guys make the best team!!! I recommend the Dr. Perry and his excellent team!!

I went to Doctor Liu for a plastic surgery in October last year. I paid the full amount of $18200, and after various delays, the operation was cancelled at last. My patient coordinator promised me they will refund me, and initially told me they will refund me via the same credit card that was used for the initial payment. Later they told me, they would have to write a check instead. And after that, my patient coordinator ghosted on me. In March, I was finally able to meet Dr Liu, and he told me he will wire transfer the refund via online banking. Unfortunately, he disappeared and ghosted on me immediately after that. It's already been 5 months since the initial request for refund, and since then no one is answering my call nor reply me. I can't get in contact with Dr. Liu in any way, and now I feel like they are fraud. I'm now undergoing procedure to sue them.

I have excellent experience in AVANT. Dr Perry Liu is a nice person that he has professional skill to make perfect surgery plan. He has good team to help patient with everything. I'm so appreciate it and thankful! This is my right choice to do my surgery and recommend the others. I will come back if I need. Thank you again! God bless you!
