Although I have not been to the facility at Beverly Hills MD, nor have I received services there, I would like to recommend the skin care product line that Dr. John Layke and his colleagues have developed. I have tested several skin care products from this company, and most of them are excellent. Despite my preference for a streamlined routine, the company offers a product to address many skin needs. The routine I chose includes a cleanser (Refresh and Renew Cleansing Gel), a serum (Moisture Lock Botanical Essence), and a day/night moisturizer (Tight + Taught Ageless Complex). That’s it: 3 products used daily! We are enduring one of the harshest winters in decades, and amazingly, my skin has not peeled or chapped, despite considerable time outside in the snow and wind! I could not be happier with the skin care products from Beverly Hills MD. If you purchase items on a regular basis, they offer deep discounts on products—-a real bonus. Do not waste your money on these Beverly Hills Grifters. They have sent me expired products two months in a row. I am currently asking customer service for a refund. I will not in good conscience send the expired products back for them to pawn off on another innocent victim. Save your money and move on. They are on the GRIFT! 🤬🤦‍♀️

The products I use are great but I have found not all proctors perform the same way.I find what works on my skin and what doesn't. We all have different needs and different skin types. Find what works for you and what doesn't you will not be disappointed.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this Beverley Hills MD website that sells and advertises facial creams. I purchased a dark spot removal cream, but it never worked—not even by 1%. They also charged me for a lift and firm cream that I never received, even after a month. Every time I called, they promised to send it and claimed it was out of stock, but this was clearly a lie. My credit card was charged immediately after I placed the order, and the charge remains. If they don’t have it in stock, why are they bombarding me with 100 messages a day to buy their product? Beverly Hills MD is a total scam!!!!! This whole experience has been very annoying and frustrating. This is my first and last experience with these people. NEVER AGAIN!!!

absolutely did not see any difference. Have now checked the internet and found many many negative reviews on multi platforms . I called and since I purchased the product past 60 days nothing they would do. I was in sales for over 3 decades , sorta not a good customer service policy to tell a customer "sorry"!!! "Nothing we can do." so I very happy to post my experience with the product Deep Wrinkle Filler and very poor response from the customer service dept. I guess the company feels no flexibility is a good idea but really is it ??? to now have a very dissatisfied customer who will make my experience known on additional platforms .
